breakfast egg pita! toasted pita rubbed with garlic and herbs with a mixed pepper, caramelized onion and avocado omelette topped with provolone cheese and black pepper! 
sorry i havent been around as much, i have been piled high with school work and with my new job I have been out of the house alot! ill be back later to answer more questions, for now i have got to do some math homework :/ xxxx

best part about practicing a thanksgiving meal….. THE LEFTOVERS.
Lunch: Grilled turkey sandwich with (wait for this) whole grain mustard, fresh roasted turkey, spinach, homemade cranberry sauce, extra sharp cheddar cheese, and honey rosemary roasted carrots.
OMG THIS WAS LITERALLY THE BEST SAMMY I HAVE EVAA HADDDD!

breakfast: 2 egg omelette with grilled bell peppers, red onion, sliced tomato, cilantro and cheddar cheese with 2 slices of toast with mashed avocado and crushed red pepper with a blackberry ginger yogurt parfait!
decided to switch it up from my sweet breakfasts, this was so good! I love omelettes they are so flavorful and versatile! P.S, i probably used an entire avocado on my toast, ITS JUST SO DELICIOUS! <3

dinner before heading off to school: roasted vegetable baked rigatoni with homemade mushroom roasted garlic tomato sauce with baked eggplant slices provolone and ricotta cheese garnished with fresh parsley, also had a side of lemon chicken!

broccoli parmsan omelette
2 eggs or 1 egg and 2 egg whites
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup precooked broccoli
parmesan cheese
black pepper
scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of milk until the eggs get little bubbles in the bowl
get a pan lightly heated and spray with pam or lightly butter
pour eggs in the pan and than start adding broccoli to one side of the omelette and dash a little bit of black pepper and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese
allow the eggs to lightly settle and than flip the omelette over like a quesadilla and add another dash of parmesan cheese to the top
turn off the pan and place the lid on top and let it sit for 1-2 minutes
garnish with black pepper and enjoy!
