Lunch: Grilled turkey sandwich with (wait for this) whole grain mustard, fresh roasted turkey, spinach, homemade cranberry sauce, extra sharp cheddar cheese, and honey rosemary roasted carrots.

breakfast: 2 egg omelette with grilled bell peppers, red onion, sliced tomato, cilantro and cheddar cheese with 2 slices of toast with mashed avocado and crushed red pepper with a blackberry ginger yogurt parfait!
decided to switch it up from my sweet breakfasts, this was so good! I love omelettes they are so flavorful and versatile! P.S, i probably used an entire avocado on my toast, ITS JUST SO DELICIOUS! <3
dinner before heading off to school: roasted vegetable baked rigatoni with homemade mushroom roasted garlic tomato sauce with baked eggplant slices provolone and ricotta cheese garnished with fresh parsley, also had a side of lemon chicken!
