MY CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY! Snack: 2 slices of trader joes cinnamon raisin walnut bread with fig jelly, sliced pears, cinnamon, Brie cheese, crunchy peanut butter grilled in buttaaahhh. OMG I have never been so happy in my life! This is the greatest sandwich alive!

My stylish work outfit :) butler at a restaurant! I don’t know how guys wear these things, they’re so uncomfortable! Also tried a huuuuuuuuuge scoop of white chocolate pistachio semifreddo at work, omg it was so freaking good! My ED surely didn’t want it but oh boy Ashley 110% enjoyed it :)
sometimes its nice to let go of my super healthy side and splurge a bit in some red meat! makes me feel like i can let go and not led ED control my eating and I can allow myself something a bit out of the normal for me! Anyways this was my delicious homemade cheesesteak with peppers, onions, extra sharp cheddar on a whole grain roll with roasted broccoli on the side! OMG YUM!
stay strong for yourself because in the end it will be up to you to fight your own battles. smile everyday because you have the own strength to never back down to the demon inside of you and know that you are so much stronger and you have the ability to create your own happiness…let your mind be in the moment, every decision matters.
