whole grain toast with roasted garlic aioli, spinach, roasted red peppers, scrambled eggs, and a mushroom leek compote and provolone cheese! obviously a lovely bowl of sweet strawberry blueberry ginger yogurt for my sweet tooth! :) hope everyone has a lovely day!
my favorite breakfast of all time! Coconut peanut butter spread on a whole wheat pita topped with sliced banana, blueberries, strawberries, chai spice blend and honey! breakfast: 12 grain toast spread with real butter, sliced tomatoes drizzled with olive oil, scrambled eggs with extra sharp cheddar, and sliced avocado :) also had regular full fat yogurt on the side! Sick of buying “fat free” things so that is my first challenge for this month :) hope everyone has an amazing day!
why wait for tomorrow to challenge myself when the oppertunity presents itself today! In response to my video, challenging myself once a day for the whole month of February for NEDA month, I decided I would start today with a bowl of my moms homemade chicken noodle soup with white orzo noodles, carrots, celery, fresh herbs, topped with parmesan cheese! On the side I had some whole grain sesame crackers. Nothing better than a homemade bowl of soup while being sick! So happy I am actually doing this :) going to be the start of a great month!

lazy girl breakfast! was up alllll night doing homework so I am just exhausted this morning! sorry for the lack of creativity but this breakfast definitely hit the spot of a homework hangover!
