dinner: apple stuffing stuffed chicken with homemade cranberry sauce and a sweet potato walnut brown sugar brulee!
Lunch of epic deliciousness: homemade turkey burger with homemade chiptole sauce, extra sharp cheddar, grilled poblano green and orange bell peppers with vidalia onion and a garnish of cilantro on a whole grain seeded bun.
food for the soul: pumpkin parmesan polenta with roasted beets and crispy garlic brussel sprouts with mushrooms rosemary chicken, yumm.
breakfast part 2: sweet potato with vanilla ginger cottage cheese with roasted cranberries honey toasted walnuts and a dash of cinnamon
breakfast: whole wheat toasted pita with banana, peanut butter, dark chocolate, raspberries and honey!
breakfast: greek yogurt with sliced pear, figs, and raspberries all grown from my garden with cinnamon crumble granola and a large slice of bakery oat bread with almond butter and honey
also had my omelette of course!
lunch: wild rice with honey roasted brussel sprouts, red onion, butternut squash, and walnuts with a rosemary grilled chicken topped with a beet puree all garnished with goats cheese
SO DELICIOUS, i have a brussel sprout addiction even though I get a reaction when I eat them, they are so worth it. Perfect fall lunch, such beautiful colors and warming flavors, simply perfect!

grilled eggplant and quinoa stacks with red onions, fresh spinach, roasted pepper herb and garlic puree with grilled lemon herbed chicken all dusted with parmesan cheese!
