BEST DAY EVER
today has literally been the most amazing day ever so I am going to post my intake because I feel confident enough with myself to share it with all of you guys! This is my first intake post and I have hesitated to post it before because I didnt want people to judge me for eating alot or whatever but ya know what, WHO CARES! I love what I eat and I love the attitude I have about eating it so honestly, no shame <3 I am going to post what my whole day was like because it was just simply lovely
- Woke up at 7:30 to come downstairs to a lovely cup of cinnamon hazelnut coffee and Sudoku book calling my name
- After taring down 3 puzzles in a half an our it was time to feed my rumbling tummy with breakfast: amazing banana bread blueberry oats with roasted vanilla cherries with sun butter and homemade cashew butter with 2 egg omelette with chopped broccoli and Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of yogurt
- Once I was done breakfast Brooke and I walked to a thrift shop down the road and bought 11 shirts, 3 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of boots, and 1 skirt ALL FOR 5 DOLLARS! they had a 5 dollar bag sale and you could just shove whatever you wanted into a grocery bag and get it all for 5 dollars so we folded very neatly and totally got so much stuff! :)
- Came home and picked some raspberries, cucumbers, zucchini, and tomatoes from the garden
- Lunch: whole grain pasta shells with roasted corn, sun dried tomatoes, grilled chicken, fresh basil, roasted garlic, and sauteed spinach with a donut peach on the side
- Car wash time :) washed my car and vacuumed the inside all in my bikini after lunch! This was so challenging to put myself in a bathing suit after eating a fear food! But all I did was got changed, took a quick look in the mirror, and told myself I love who I am no matter how full, bloated, or negative ED feels about my body in the mirror. Listened to the radio and danced around like a little kid, it was so so so fun! During this my tummy began growling again so I had a nice refreshing snack: greek yogurt with blackberries, raspberries, grated ginger toasted oats
- Grazed in the garden more and took a bunch of pictures of my garden and bumble bees, flowers, and just relaxed enjoying the beauty of nature and listened to my iPod. Sat by the pool and drew in a notepad some flowers and some things because I am trying to acquire drawing skills! hah
- Got so so so hungry again so I took another snack: apple and peanut/almond butter also had unpictured cottage cheese with cinnamon pool side while I sat in the Jacuzzi and chatted with my parents about life, college, and photography. It was such an awesome conversation that was a huge switch from our normal eating disordered topic conversations that they wrap themselves up in having to know every little thing about how me and Brooke are feeling and doing. Than me and my dad played a game in the pool and I won 10$ for gas money because I made a basketball hoop first :)
- Threw some cauliflower in the oven and went in my room and tried on my new clothes! So SO SO cute, youll be seeing them soon :
- While blasting the Katy perry radio I threw on my apron and began making our CHEESE STEAKS for dinner :) still cant believe I ate this, so so so good. dinner: cheese steak with peppers, onions, mushrooms, extra sharp cheddar served on a whole grain cibatta roll with roasted cauliflower
- Now I am in my PJs with a cup of green tea ready to completely relax and fully reflect on my amazing day, gonna hop in the shower, pamper myself, paint my nails, trim my hair, pluck my eye brows, give myself a facial, sit on Tumblr, and breathe in the fresh air around me and get ready for an awesome unknown snack (im thinking ice cream to finish the day off strong)
Today, I feel so happy, free, loving, peaceful.
